- Onions: 2
- Garlic: 2 cloves
- Red pepper: 1
- Olive oil: 1 tbsp
- Lean Ground Beef 600 g
- peeled tomatoes: 1 can
- Tomato paste 1 tbsp
- Chili powder: 2 teaspoon
- Cumin: 1 teaspoon
- dried oregano 1/2 teaspoon
- red beans 1 box

Preparation of chili con carne
Peel and chop onions and garlic. The vegetable peeler, peel
red pepper. Open it in half, remove seeds and filaments, cut the flesh into
cubes.
Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a casserole. Melt onions
without coloring for 10 minutes, stirring often.
Add peppers and garlic and cook for even 5 minutes.
Add the ground beef. Make it brown for 5 minutes. Lightly
salt.
Pour the contents of a can of peeled tomatoes (with juice)
and a tablespoon of tomato paste. Mix well. Add 2 teaspoons of chili powder, a
teaspoon of cumin and 1/2 teaspoon oregano. Stir everything. Cover and cook
over medium heat for 15 minutes.
Drain the beans. Add them to the casserole. Mix well. Simmer
for 15 minutes.
Adjust the seasoning. Serve in the casserole.
