Clearly, it is the classic lasagna topped with bechamel
sauce abundance, but a lightweight version designed for those who are on a diet
to lose weight or simply do not want to consume so heavy dishes.
Recipe Ingredients (4 people)
- 250 g of cheese,
- 200 g of fresh pasta for lasagna,
- frozen spinach 500 g,
- 60 g grated Parmesan cheese,
- 1 package soy cream.
Preparation
First, boil the spinach for 5 minutes in boiling water,
drain and let cool. Squeeze to remove excess water and place in a blender with
cottage cheese and 100 ml of whipping cream. Whisk until the mixture is
homogeneous.
Grease the bottom of a baking dish and arrange a layer of
pasta, cover with a little spinach mixture, sprinkle with a little grated
Parmesan cheese. Continue in this manner until you are finished with a layer of
pasta, which pour some soy cream and leave a surplus of parmesan cheese. Bake
at 200 ° C for 25 minutes.
Substituting bechamel sauce with this cream plant, not a big
waiver, the palate is not affected at all, let alone that thus the calorie
