This recipe is ideal for those who follow a low calorie diet,
but that satisfies even the most demanding sweet tooth. The yogurt and fruitmousse is ideal as a substitute for fast food, but also great for a fresh and
nutritious breakfast.
The basic recipe is the use of papaya, but it is clear that
one can choose to use other types of fruit such as strawberries or kiwi. As for
the sweetener is prohibited sugar, the better is honey, a natural product and
which does not suffer energy transformations particular to be consumed.
In addition, honey is more digestible and is a mine of
valuable substances such as vitamins and minerals. Even yogurt is chosen so

Ingredients
- 500 g of papaya
- 500 g of white Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon acacia honey
- 2 sheets of gelatin
- 2 egg whites
- For decoration: papaya slices and mint leaves
Preparation
First, soak the gelatine leaves in cold water for 10
minutes. Meanwhile, you can mix the papaya. Drain the gelatine, squeeze it well
and let it dissolve in a water bath. Finally, add the mashed papaya and mix on
low heat.
Mix yogurt with honey. Meanwhile, beat the egg whites and
add the yogurt. Add the two compounds in a large container under stirring up to
obtain a foaming creamer.
We will reaffirm the mousse in the fridge for 4 hours.
Before serving, garnished with slices of papaya and mint leaves.
