Ingredients (serves 4)
- 500 grams of carrots,
- 2 potatoes,
- 50 grams of bread without salt;
- 1000 ml of water or broth,
- 2 cloves of garlic,
- 50 grams of parsley,
It is recommended the following cayenne pepper: sage (1
teaspoon) and thyme (1 tsp)
Preparation
Peel the carrots and potatoes, chop finely and put in a pot
with the broth. Let boil and when the water starts to boil, add the garlic,
sage, thyme and cayenne pepper. Simmer for 20 minutes over medium heat. On
completion of the cooking time, mix to remove all pieces of carrots and
potatoes, the result should be smooth.
Finished mixture, put the mixture in the pan and cook until
thick and creamy. After cooking, add the chopped parsley and serve with a
drizzle of cream extra virgin olive oil.
Toast bread pieces to be placed on top of the hot soup. This
dish is especially suitable for a low-calorie diet s or a low-salt diet . The
presence of certain ingredients, makes a perfect recipe for a healthy body.
