- 1 kg of fresh beans
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 bunch spring onions
- 2 spoonfuls chopped smoked bacon

- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Preparation of fresh beans with bacon
Shell the beans and soak them for 10 minutes in boiling
water. Steal them (remove the skin opaque) and cut them in half lengthwise.
Peel and chop the garlic. Peel the onions and cut them in
half.
Dip the bacon in boiling water for 5 minutes to degrease.
Heat the olive oil in a pan and brown the bacon and onions.
Add the garlic, beans and a little savory and a small glass of water. Salt and
pepper. Mix well.
Cover and let simmer the fresh beans with bacon for 30
minutes.
