Prepare Healthy cake in home


The cake, cakes unlike common, has among its ingredients, butter, fat products if any. Here's a basic recipe of baking universal in which you can make many variations depending on the destination of the preparation.




With this recipe you will achieve a healthy cake with a mass tender and a very good texture.

Ingredients:

4 eggs (4 yolks and 4 whites)
80 grams of sugar
40 grams of flour
40 grams of cornstarch
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup warm water
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon baking powder

Preparation:

Place 4 egg whites in a bowl, add a pinch of salt and beat until whites are foamy and have either a firm consistency. Keep in the fridge until it's time to use it.

Place 4 egg yolks in another bowl and add 80 grams of sugar. Stir in 1 teaspoon vanilla essence and 4 tablespoons of warm water. Beat the mixture until you get a light cream.

Add 1 tablespoon honey girl in to the egg yolks. Sift 40 grams flour with 40 grams of cornstarch and 1 teaspoon baking powder. Join the yolks with egg whites and flour.

If you want you can cover the surface with a paper to avoid pegoteos in bottom of pan. Place the creamed mixture and matches the surface.

Preheat the oven, keep the flame light (between minimum and moderate), and bake at low heat for cooking is done evenly and slowly over 30 minutes.
