If you have extra kilos and are looking for a diet that
makes you lose weight, we approached the diet of soup in which you can down up
to 8 kilos in one week.
The soup you prepare with:
- 6 large onions.
- 6 ripe tomatoes.
- 2 green peppers.
- 6 cups celery.
- 1 medium cabbage.
The vegetable is cut into small cubes and boil in plenty of
water, to which the spice and salt.
- The first day of the diet, take all the soup and accompanied by all the fruits you want, avoiding banana.
- On second day eat vegetables and soup without limits.
- On the third day, eat all the fruit you want and two bowls of soup all day.
- On the fourth day, eat 5 bananas and all glasses of skim milk you want.
- By day five, 250 grams of beef and six fresh tomatoes.
- By day six, soup and fish or chicken and vegetables without limits.
- The last day, ending the diet with brown rice, vegetables and fruit juices.
