Chestnut mousse with chocolate


This recipe is perhaps ideal for those passionate about collecting berries. A practice can also be fun and even more for those who often return home with a bag of chestnuts.

Making this chestnut mousse with chocolate is very simple and fast, only takes about 30 minutes of cooking time.


Ingredients:

  • 300 g of chestnut cream
  • ½ cup milk
  • 40 g of cocoa powder
  • 100 g of powdered sugar
  • 2 egg whites
  • 4 tablespoons brandy
  • 1 orange
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 4 cups of black chocolate



Preparation:

Place chestnuts in a blender, milk, cocoa and brandy. Shake. The objective is to obtain a homogeneous mixture. In a bowl mix the egg whites with a pinch of salt. Add the egg whites at this point in the icing sugar and growing until they are very thick and shiny.

Mixture the egg whites and cream of chestnuts at this point to pour into four cups of chocolate mousse. Refrigerate for half an hour.
