How to make Greek salad

With this fast diet you may lose those kilos that concern you both.

  • 1/2 cup black olives
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese
  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1/2 green pepper
  • 1 red onion
  • 2 lettuce hearts
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • Olive oil, salt, pepper and lemon juice to taste


Cut red onion into small rings, or finite. Leave the peel cucumber, cut lengthwise and then into thin half moons. Remove the seeds and ribs of the pepper, which is what causes heartburn and cut into thin strips.

Cut tomatoes into quarters, always depending on the size and carefully, crushed black olives, pitted, and cut them out in the middle. Chop the parsley very well. Shelling the feta and book covered to prevent drying.

In a bowl, place the lettuce, then tomatoes, cucumber, red onion and olives. Continue with peppers, feta cheese and finally the chopped parsley. At the time of serving, season with some salt, pepper, olive oil and lemon juice.
