How to prepare Homemade Salad


This natural recipe is very easy to prepare and will be a quick recipe with essential nutrients to stay fit and healthy.

Fresh lettuce, crispy and homemade salsa to go with also other vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 6 anchovy
  • Capers 2 crate
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons of vinegar
  • 1 piece of Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • water to taste
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • pepper, crutons, parmesan cheese at ease
  • 2 grilled chicken breast in sheets
  • 1 lettuce plant

Grate some Parmesan cheese. Cut the garlic cloves to half and remove the outbreak that is inside. Then in small pieces.

Put the garlic in a bowl with the capers, anchovies, two tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise and olive oil. Season with nothing but pepper, add the vinegar and a little water and process until a smooth sauce. Then add the chopped parsley and reserve the dressing.

With a potato peeling or knife that sharp, making fine scales with remaining cheese. On a plate, place the lettuce over chicken, crutons, flakes of parmesan cheese, caesar dressing and chopped parsley.
