This pasta is a classic pies savory and sweet. Sugar
ingredient is defined as mass flavor to be used in confectionery.
In this recipe, the amount of the ingredients is calculated
to make a cake of about 30 centimeters, or if preferred, two cakes 20 centimeters
with a smaller thickness.
Ingredients:
- 250 grams of flour
- 100 grams of butter
- 100 grams of sugar
- 1 egg
- Vanilla or citrus zest
Preparation:
Crumble flour and butter type beans coarse paste. Add sugar,
egg and vanilla essence together all the ingredients without working.
Form a soft dough, cooling and distribution in a mold.
Pierced with a fork or the tip of a knife, cover with baking
paper and put.
When the dough is cooked, remove beans, paper, complete a
few minutes of cooking and cool well.
Place the dough on a pastry cream type or whipped cream,
well chilled.
Leave compacted mass in the fridge.
Decoratively distribute black and white grapes and julienne
strips of orange peel well bleached in heavy syrup.
Keep in the refrigerator until the time you will be eating.
