Light melon ice cream


Ingredients:

A kid-sized medium melon
4 tablespoons of honey
2 tablespoons lemon juice
A pinch of salt


Preparation:

1) Cut the melon in half remove the peel and the seeds of this fruit. Cut up the flesh into small cubes.
2) Process or blend the melon flesh and mix with honey, lemon juice and pinch of salt.
3) Bring this mixture to the freezer for half an hour. After half an hour, remove the same and process or blend the ice cream.
4) Freeze the ice cream in the freezer prosecuted for an hour and a half. Serve in bowls, accompanied, if desired, with a sparkling wine.
