Baked apple recipe




The apple is the great ally of women who want to diet. No matter its color, whether red or green it is a favorite for all season with honey or alone.

Properties of apples:
Help in the dissolution of cholesterol and is good against diabetes. It removes liver toxins and strengthens the immune system, helps muscle growth and tissue repair, stimulates gastric juice. It also eliminates anemia, arthritis and is ideal for ulcers, involved in the production of antibodies, tissue building and absorption of calcium.


Ingredients:

  • 4 green apples.
  • 100 g of sugar.
  • 100 cm2 of water.
  • Cinnamon (optional).


Preparation:

Getting the core the apples and place in shell, in a baking dish. Add the water and sprinkle sugar on top. Place in oven and cook until soft. Once out may put a pinch of cinnamon on top or whipped cream.
