Pasta with cheese, olives and tomatoes


This recipe is very tasty fresh pasta salad with cheese, olives and tomatoes, which will delight the palates not only those who are already struggling with a weight loss diet in view of the summer, but also those who prefer to give plenty of scope for light and tasty dishes.


Ingredients for 4 servings

  • 260 g of gnocchi
  • 120 g of cheese
  • 15 cherry tomatoes
  • 20 black olives in brine, pitted onion
  • 1 large cucumber
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • salt, pepper


Preparation

First, cook the pasta in salted water and in the meantime, prepare all the ingredients you need the dish: Cut cheese into cubes 1 cm on a side, onion and cucumber in half and divide tomatoes.

Pitted olives can also be left whole, or if you prefer, can be cut into small pieces. At this point, gather vegetables and cheese in large bowl.

Once finished cooking, pasta should be cooled immediately under running cold water and drained. Finally, add the pasta to other ingredients and add oil, salt and pepper and stir for all the flavors to blend completely.
