These cookies are ideal for the younger children. Some may

Ginger is the root of a plant from the tropics of Southeast

Ingredients:
- 100g of butter.
- 150 g of sugar.
- 2 eggs.
- 350 g self-rising flour.

- 2 heaping teaspoons baking powder (Royal).
Preparation:
Beat butter with sugar until it forms a cream, add eggs one
by one. Continue whisking and incorporate citrus zest and ginger. At this point
you can put a pinch of cinnamon if you like. Add the flour and baking powder little
by little. Once you have a smooth club place in the fridge for half an hour at
least.
Put the butter and flour into the baking dish and turn it to
go away slowly warming up. Remove the hub, straighten and cut with the cutting
in the form of little men. Bake until golden brown, remove from oven and let
cool.
