Ingredients:

  • 300 g wheat flour
  • 100 g sugar
  • two bananas
  • 1 package yeast
  • 100 g butter
  • 100 grams sliced ​​almonds
  • 2 tablespoons pine nuts
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 tablespoons raisins
  • 1 bag of vanilla salt


Preparation:

Mix the eggs with the sugar, a pinch of salt and vanilla, using a whisk, until mixture becomes foamy and swollen. Combine bananas, peeled and crushed with a fork previously.

Then add half of the beans, after being bitten, flour sifted with baking powder, pine nuts and raisins previously soaked in warm water and squeezed.

Pour the mixture into a donut-shaped mold covered with baking paper and bake at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes.
