indeed, a grain rich in protein and monounsaturated fats and polyunsaturated
fats. It is a mine of potassium and vitamins B and contains
relatively high amounts of cellulose. In addition, oats are also recommended
for diabetics, as it has a lower glycemic index than other cereals, and is also
useful in cases of hypothyroidism and physical and mental fatigue.
Ingredients for Oatmeal Cookies
- 250 grams of oatmeal
- 125 g of butter
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- half of a bag of baking powder for cakes
- zest of 1 lemon
- 50 g of almonds

Preparation Oatmeal Cookies
Put in a large bowl and add oats sugar, almonds (unpeeled),
