Oatmeal Cookies


The oatmeal cookies are very tasty and light, suitable especially for breakfast, but are also great for lunch with afternoon tea. Oatmeal has remarkable nutritional properties. It is, indeed, a grain rich in protein and monounsaturated fats and polyunsaturated fats. It is a mine of potassium and vitamins B and contains relatively high amounts of cellulose. In addition, oats are also recommended for diabetics, as it has a lower glycemic index than other cereals, and is also useful in cases of hypothyroidism and physical and mental fatigue.


Ingredients for Oatmeal Cookies

  • 250 grams of oatmeal
  • 125 g of butter
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • half of a bag of baking powder for cakes
  • zest of 1 lemon
  • 50 g of almonds
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 egg
  • 125 gr of sugar



Preparation Oatmeal Cookies
