Spinach and Basil Lasagna


Here, a very tasty dish and low in calories, yes, you read correctly, this recipe is really a balancing test, even if it's lasagna.

Ingredients for 4 people

Preparation

First, boil the spinach for 5 minutes in boiling water, drain and cool. Press and put them in a blender with 100 ml cheese and soy cream. Mix until the mixture is homogeneous.
Grease the bottom of a baking dish and arrange a layer of pasta, cover with some of the compounds of the spinach, sprinkle with a little Parmesan cheese. Continue in this manner until you have finished with a layer of pasta, which cover with Parmesan cream and soy. Bake at 200° C for 25 minutes.
