This natural recipe is a healthy recipe  and very quick to make, ideal for summer months. It can be prepared if you go on a picnic or go to the beach and best of all is that you can prepare the day before or make it in the morning.

It serves as a companion, one-dish main course or as rice, a food that provides a lot of energy and it’s multivitamin.

This cereal provides very small amounts of fat, representing only 0.2% of their nutrient content and like all plant foods, has no cholesterol.

From a nutritional standpoint, rice is a food rich in complex carbohydrates (70-80%) and starch, which provide most of its energy value. Complex carbohydrates can be digested more slowly providing a constant level of glucose into the body.
