It serves as a companion, one-dish main course or as rice, a
food that provides a lot of energy and it’s multivitamin.
This cereal provides very small amounts of fat, representing
only 0.2% of their nutrient content and like all plant foods, has no
cholesterol.
From a nutritional standpoint, rice is a food rich in
complex carbohydrates (70-80%) and starch, which provide most of its energy
value. Complex carbohydrates can be digested more slowly providing a constant
level of glucose into the body.
Ingredients
- Two handfuls of rice
- Tuna
- A quarter of a kilo of peeled prawns
- Six crabstick
Preparation:
Cook the rice about 20 minutes over medium heat and once it
is cooked let it drain and place in refrigerator about 20 or 30 minutes to
cool.
When cool, add the tuna, crab sticks and shrimp cut whole.
Distribute salt, balsamic vinegar and oil to taste.
