  • Arabic bread,
  • two slices of tomato,
  • butter at room temperature,
  • chopped parsley,
  • two slices of ham,
  • a boiled egg,
  • chopped or grated,
  • salt and pepper



Preparation:

Cut the bread so that it is an opening and the bread looks like a pocket or bag. Mix the butter with the parsley and coat the inside of the bread without tearing it. Fill with tomato, ham and egg. Carry moderate oven until cooked.
