This is a recipe that comes to finding the right balance
between the ingredients, which is essential to avoid a dessert too sweet and
heavy.
- 1 package of vanilla
- 250 grams of mascarpone
- 2 eggs
- 80 grams sugar
- a cup of coffee
- a cup of milk
- unsweetened cocoa powder
First, beat the egg yolks in a bowl with the sugar until appear
yellow color and a very light cream. At this point, incorporating the egg
whites and beat the mascarpone cheese. Continue beating until creamy tasty.
At this point, add in one cup of coffee and milk, and embeds
the shells with this preparation. Then place the shells in a container
preferably rectangular.
Pour the cream over the first layer and then make another
layer of vanilla. Complete with remaining filling and top with a layer of cocoa
powder. Keep the cake in the refrigerator for at least two hours before
serving.
