Sauté turkey with beans

  • 700 g turkey fillet
  • 1 untreated orange
  • 600 g carrots
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 2 shallots
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon veal powder
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1 can kidney beans


Preparation of sautéed turkey beans


Cut the fillet of turkey into chunks and put them in a plat.Râpez above the zest of one orange. Shoot the dish and put it in the fridge.

Peel the carrots and cut them into cubes. Mondez, seed tomatoes, cut into cubes also. Peel and chop the shallots.

Mix one teaspoon of powdered veal in a half glass of white wine. Put the pieces of turkey in the jumper. Pour the white wine. Squeeze the juice from the orange and add it. Cover and cook for 15 minutes.

Drain the beans . Add them in the jumper. Mix gently. Cook gently for 10 minutes again.

Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper. Serve warm.
