Ingredients
- 200g prawns
- 400g pumpkin
- 1 shallot
- parsley
- ½ cup vegetable stock
- 200g low-fat milk
- 20 grams of olive oil
Preparation:
First, you need to cook the pumpkin, paving the way for a
pan with 10 grams of oil and shallots. Add the broth and cook the squash and
simmer for about ten minutes. Add the milk, season with salt and pepper and
continue cooking until creamy consistency is obtained.
Meanwhile, saute the shrimp with the oil proceeds and season
with salt and pepper. Place them in a bowl and pour over the cream of pumpkin. It
can be used to decorate parsley.
