It is almost inevitable good pizza taste during the weekend.
Every time you try to take care of your shape and put on a diet the hardest
time is the weekend and, more precisely, on Saturday night when it is very
common to eat a pizza, either with friends or family.
Ingredients needed:
200 kg harinablanca
15 grams of yeast
1 teaspoon sugar, salt and 1
warm water
vegetable spray
Preparation:
Dissolve sugar, two tablespoons of Haribo and yeast with
some warm water. TAPR sponge and expect to double in volume. Then add the
remaining flour with salt and warm water and form a tender mass. Join well,
knead a little and let stand in a covered container with a cloth and leave
covered for about an hour. Then remove, stretch and accommodate in a pizzeria
previously lubricated with vegetable spray.
For the sauce, use vegetable spray for browning ingredients,
instead of fries. Another issue is to use impotancia skim mozzarella cheese
instead of integers.
As to whether you want to put some olives, remember that
although they have the same unsaturated fat and are not bad for the body, if
you bring a lot of calories.
Another good tip is to implement to incorporate vegetables
over the dough instead of other fatty meats such as salami. You can use boiled
spinach or radicchio.
