  • 1 leek
  • 2 potatoes
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 400 grams of corn
  • 750 ml chicken stock

Preparation of Chicken and corn soup

Cut the leek into thin slices and potato cubes. Cut chicken breasts into strips. Heat oil in a nonstick skillet, then pour the leeks and cover with a lid until tender.

At this point, add the chicken, corn and potatoes, have a mix and pour the broth. Bring to a boil then simmer for twenty minutes over low heat. Once cooked, add salt, pepper and chives.
