will lose weight from 2 to 3 kilos.
To implement this scheme you need to have a state of health healthy, drink lots
of water as possible daily, sweeten your tea with sweetener and flavor your
meals with salt and a small amount of olive oil. You must repeat the detailed

Day 2:
Breakfast: 1 glass of skim milk and 2 Galician bran light
cheese spread with light.
Mid-morning : 200g. watermelon.
Lunch: 1 glass of watermelon juice, 150g. lean beef and
200g. watermelon.
Mid-afternoon: 200g. watermelon.
Snack: 1 infusion and 2 slices of bread spread with jam
light.
Dinner: 1 glass of watermelon juice, 1 bowl of noodles
comprehensive and 200g. watermelon.
Day 3:
Breakfast: 1 infusion and 2 rice cakes spread with light
light cheese.
Mid-morning: 200g. watermelon.
Lunch: 1 glass of watermelon juice, 150g. Fish and 200g.
watermelon.
Mid-afternoon: 200g. watermelon.
Snack: 1 infusion and 2 graham crackers spread with jam
light light.
Dinner: 1 cup watermelon juice, 1 bowl of steamed vegetables
of your choice and 200g. watermelon.
