Recipe for Grilled Asparagus



This is a prescription practice of the season fast, easy, tasty and very healthy. These are the  asparagus on the grill. A food that does very well and can be prepared in the diet in different ways. Perfect if you are following a healthy diet, or if you like to enjoy these plants.


Ingredients for 4:
  • 1.5 kg of green asparagus
  • 4 tablespoons
  • olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper


Preparation:
Cut the asparagus unwanted tips and rinse under running water. Drain on absorbent paper and make a low, wide pan. This, roasted asparagus in hot oil for five minutes. When cooked, add salt, pepper and serve hot.
You can also prepare a simple sauce to enrich the dish. It may be added or spiced cream cheese only.
